1) Who We Are & Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Avail by Zestworld ("Avail," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use our websites, application, dashboards, and related services (the "Service"). We are the controller for the personal information we process under this Policy.

2) We Use YouTube API Services

Some features are powered by YouTube API Services. When you use those features, Avail accesses and processes YouTube API Data to provide analytics and related functionality. By using those features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy. You can revoke Avail’s access to your Google account at any time via your Google Account permissions.

3) Information We Collect

  • Account & Contact Data: name, email, organization, role, and account settings.
  • Usage Data: pages viewed, actions taken, timestamps, IP address, device/browser information, referrer/UTM.
  • Creator Inputs: channels or profiles you ask us to analyze, search queries, tags/notes you add.
  • YouTube API Data: channel/video metadata and statistics (e.g., views, likes, subscribers, video/playlist counts) and, where authorized, YouTube Analytics/Reporting data.
  • Cookies & Similar Technologies: essential authentication/session cookies and, where enabled, analytics/performance cookies or local storage. See Section 7.

4) How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
  • Run analyses you request (e.g., channel statistics, reporting) and show dashboards/reports.
  • Communicate with you about features, security, and product updates.
  • Comply with law and platform policies (e.g., YouTube API Services policies).
  • Improve the Service (including aggregated/anonymous analytics where permitted).

5) How We Share Information

We share information with:

  • Service Providers (e.g., cloud hosting, error monitoring, analytics, email) under contract and only as necessary to operate the Service.
  • Legal/Compliance recipients as required by law or to enforce our terms, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • Business Transfers in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets (with notice where required).

We do not sell YouTube API Data. [If you need a U.S. state privacy “sale/share” statement, add: "We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by applicable U.S. state privacy laws."]

6) YouTube Data: Retention, Refresh & Deletion

  • 30‑day rule for statistics. We delete or refresh stored YouTube statistics within 30 calendar days. We display the most up‑to‑date data available and label any historical values with an “as of” timestamp.
  • Authorization checks. For connected accounts, we verify at least every 30 days that authorization remains valid and referenced resources still exist. If access is revoked or a resource is deleted, we stop using and delete the data.
  • User deletion requests. You can request deletion of your stored data; we will delete it as soon as possible and within 7 days. Deleting data in Avail does not delete anything on YouTube—use YouTube or another authorized client to do that.

7) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We and our service providers use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., local storage) to run the site, keep you signed in, prevent fraud/abuse, measure usage, and improve features. Some third parties (e.g., analytics, CDN, embedded players) may set cookies when you visit or interact with the Service. You can control cookies via your browser settings; disabling some may limit functionality.

8) Embedded Player, Autoplay & “Made for Kids”

When the YouTube embedded player loads, certain data is exchanged with Google to render thumbnails/titles, determine playability/restrictions, and for fraud/abuse prevention; additional data is exchanged on playback. Autoplay is off by default to limit pre‑interaction collection. For videos designated Made for Kids, we disable tracking in the player and ensure collection complies with applicable laws (e.g., COPPA, and where applicable GDPR).

9) Your Choices

  • Disconnect YouTube: revoke access anytime via your Google Account permissions (link above).
  • Access/Update/Delete: email us at support@itsavail.com or use in‑product controls.
  • Marketing Emails: opt out via unsubscribe links.
  • Global Privacy Control/Do Not Track: we honor applicable signals where required by law.

10) Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

11) Data Retention (General)

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law, then delete or anonymize it. The platform‑specific cap for YouTube statistics is 30 days unless refreshed.

12) International Transfers

If data is transferred outside your region, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., standard contractual clauses) where required.

13) Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the age of digital consent where you live). Do not use the Service if you are under that age.

14) State/Regional Rights (Optional Add‑On)

15) Changes to This Policy
